Recently, Nick had his first experience running with 3 dogs. He had Denali, Ruger, and Calypso all connected to his running belt. We use the Cardio Canine belt which has proven to be a good choice. It was amusing to watch Calypso, as she is still new to running. In all honesty, it was amusing to watch Nick with 3 dogs hooked to him! Overall, the run went quite smoothly. Calypso still tires fairly quickly, but she did her best to keep up.
The training has been going pretty well. We have had several hot and humid days that were not conducive to training, as it was just too hot for the pups to be out. Calypso is learning her commands and is starting to feel more comfortable in her harness. We have a bit of work to do with her, but we are looking forward to it!
